Make a Free Website using Social Bookmarking

How can you make a free website with social bookmarking? Social bookmarking sites allow you to save sites that catch your eye as you are surfing the net. Most have an icon that can be installed in your tool bar. When you see a site that you like and will want to see again, click on the icon and it will be bookmarked for you. When you go to your social bookmark page the sites you have bookmarked will be there. Most sites allow you to assign a tag (keyword) and share your bookmarks with others.

It's not really a website, but you can put a lot of information in the form of bookmarks. How many times have you had to write out a url for someone? With a social bookmark website you will be able to give a link to your bookmarks instead. When others find your page they can request to be your friend, you then have a link to each others pages on your websites.
